By using this website and booking services with Joyful Freedom Hypnotherapy, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Joyful Freedom Hypnotherapy provides clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and related sessions and programs with Dr Marilynne Kirshbaum. These are complementary wellbeing services intended to support you, and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

Every person is different, and the way you respond to this work is your own. While many people experience meaningful change, no specific result or outcome can be guaranteed.

Our services are complementary and do not replace advice from your doctor or mental-health professional. Please consult your GP for any medical concern, and continue any prescribed treatment. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact emergency services on 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

So that Marilynne can prepare well for you, please share accurate information and let her know of anything relevant to your care. Any worksheets or materials provided are for your personal use.

Fees are discussed with you before any booking is confirmed. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

The Joyful Freedom Approach, and the content and materials on this site, belong to Dr Marilynne Kirshbaum unless otherwise stated. Please do not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Joyful Freedom Hypnotherapy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
