Refund Policy

Your first discovery chat is always free, with no obligation and nothing to pay.

Some sessions and programs may ask for a deposit to secure your place. Any deposit and the full fee are made clear to you before you book.

Life happens, and we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice and there will be no charge. With less than 48 hours' notice, a deposit may be forfeited or a fee may apply, as the time had been held just for you.

An appointment missed without notice may be charged in full. If something urgent comes up, please reach out as soon as you can and we will do our best to find a way forward.

Where a program has been paid for in advance, fees for sessions you have not yet had are refundable or transferable, less any sessions already completed and a reasonable administration amount.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are always entitled to a refund or remedy where required by law. If you are ever unhappy, please talk to Marilynne first, most things can be gently sorted out in conversation.
