When you use our discovery-chat form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, the areas you would like to work on, how you would prefer to meet, whether you have tried this kind of work before, and anything else you would like Marilynne to know.

Because what you share may include information about your health or wellbeing, we treat it as sensitive information and only ever collect it with your consent.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your discovery chat, and provide the sessions you ask for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your clear consent.

Your enquiry is saved to Marilynne's private Google Sheet, and Google sends a notification so nothing is missed. It is kept confidential and only accessed by Marilynne and, where needed, her practice support.

When you continue to the booking calendar, Google handles your appointment details under its own privacy terms.

By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you consent to your information being used as described here. You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing thejoyfulfreedomapproach@gmail.com, and we will respond promptly.
